Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem smrti a umírání v české společnosti a jejího legislativního rámce, se zaměřením na význam právního institutu „dříve vysloveného přání“. Tento institut umožňuje těžce nemocným pacientům vyjádřit se, co se bude dít s jejich životem v případě, že se k tomu později již nebudou moci vyjádřit vzhledem k nepříznivému zdravotnímu stavu. My thesis is concerned on the topic of death and dying in the czech society and its legislation, particularly concerned on meaning of legal institute „advance directive“.
