Úkolem bakalářské práce je vypracování laboratorního pracovního postupu pro cytometrické sledování NETózy pomocí detekce exprese DNA a MPO na povrchu buňky po aktivaci neutrofilů intravenózními gamaglobuliny. Abstract:
The task of this bachelor’s thesis is to develop laboratory working procedure for flow cytometric monitoring of NETosis by detection of MPO and DNA expression on the cell surface after activation of neutrophils by intravenous gammaglobulines.
