Risk analysis of production halls of former production sites in the Prague - West region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zahrnuje charakteristiku základních pojmů využívaných v oblasti analýzy a klasifikace rizik včetně typů, postupů a využívaných metod. Dále popisuje problematiku oblasti brownfields s důvody vzniku, klasifikace a negativních dopadů na okolní území včetně možného řešení v podmínkách České republiky a Evropské unie. Definuje region Praha – západ z hlediska lokalizace a charakteristik objektů bývalých výrobních provozoven a brownfields se zaměřením na historii a porovnání směrů využití v minulosti a dnes. Dále se zabývá analýzou rizik bývalé výrobní haly papírny ve Vraném nad Vltavou zahrnující lokalizaci haly, popis okolního prostředí, identifikaci a vyhodnocení rizik včetně analýzy SWOT podložené daty z dotazníkového šetření a vlastního terénního průzkumu území.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis includes characteristics of basic concepts used in the field of risk analysis and classification, including types, procedures and methods used. It also describes brownfields with reasons of origin, classification and negative impacts on the surrounding area including possible solutions in the conditions of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The Prague - West region is defined in terms of the location and characteristics of the sites of former production sites and brownfields with a focus on history and comparison of directions of use in the past and today. It also deals with the risk analysis of the former production hall of the paper mill in Vrané nad Vltavou, including the localization of the hall, description of the environment, identification and evaluation of the risks, including the SWOT analysis based on the data from the questionnaire survey and the own field survey.
