Consumer credits in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spotřebitelskými úvěry v České republice. Nejprve se zaměřuji na obecné pojetí banky, její hlavní a vedlejší činnosti a bankovní bilanci. Poté charakterizuji pojem úvěr, popisuji jeho jednotlivé typy. V další kapitole specifikuji spotřebitelský úvěr, jeho nejnovější právní úpravy a důležité pojmy spojené s jeho poskytnutím. Dále se zabývám třemi finančními institucemi, které působí na českém trhu. V poslední kapitole se zaobírám spotřebitelskými úvěry, poskytovanými danými společnostmi. Poté porovnávám jejich základní charakteristiku a modelové situace z pohledu klienta.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with consumer credits in the Czech Republic. First I focused on bank in general, their main and secondary activities and bank balance. Then I characterize the term „credit“, with the description of the individual types. In the following part I am specifying the consumer credits, the latest legislation and important terms connected with the provision of services. Further I deal with three financial institutions operating on the Czech market. In the last part I deal with consumer credits provided by the institutions. Then I compare their basic characteristics and model situations from the perspective of a client.
