Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve společnosti MEGATECH Industries Jablonec s.r.o. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a definice z oblasti řízení zásob. Relevantní pojmy jsou rozšířeny o metody řízení zásob a náklady, které se se zásobami pojí. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of inventory management in the company MEGATECH Industries Jablonec s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and definitions in the field of inventory management.
