Counterfeiting and Altering Money

Abstract:

Padělání a pozměňování platidel se dotýká finančního práva i práva trestního. Pro porozumění podstaty problému je třeba definovat základní pojmy související s tímto tématem. Základní definice a pojmy související s tématem padělání a pozměňování platidel, jsou popsány v této bakalářské práci, zejména rozdíl mezi zákonným platidlem, legální reprodukcí a padělkem. Hlavní důraz byl kladen na preventivní opatření, které správce měny v rámci své působnosti vykonává. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat rozkrývání této trestné činnosti a následné trestní a správní sankce.

Abstract:

The financial law as well as the criminal law are affected by counterfeiting and altering money. The comprehension of the issue’s basis is based on a certain definitions. Essential definitions and terms, relating to the topic of counterfeiting and altering money, are described in this bachelor thesis; especially the difference between legal tender, legal reproductions and counterfeits. The main focus was to analyze the preventive measures that belongs to the responsibility of the currency controller. The goal of this bachelor thesis was to describe the reveal of specific criminal activity followed by criminal and administrative proceedings.
