Experimental analysis of concrete composite materials under extreme thermal loads

Abstract:

Hlavním zaměřením této práce je zkoumání vlastností betonu při extremním teplotním namáhání. Jedná se o beton vyztužený ocelovými vlákny, polypropylenovými vlákny a o beton bez výztuže. Začátek práce je věnován teoretické části ohledně kompozitních materiálů. Další část popisuje vliv extrémních teplot na betonové konstrukce. Důraz je kladen na experimentální část, tedy na výrobu zkušebních těles, vystavení zkušebních těles extrémní teplotě v elektrické peci a na provádění pevnostních zkoušek. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení pevnostních zkoušek mezi zkušebními tělesy vystavených extremní teplotě a tělesy, která této teplotě vystaveny nebyly. Jednotlivé postupy celé práce jsou podloženy fotodokumentací.

Abstract:

The main focus of this work is to examine the file properties of concrete under the extreme thermal stress. It is a concrete reinforced with steel fibres, polypropylene fibres and concrete without a reinforcement. At the beginnig, the work describes the theoretical section of concerete. The high emphasis is put on the experimental part, the production of test elements, the test elements exposed to extreme temperature in an electric furnace and the implementation of stress tests. In conclusion there are evaluations of strength tests between test elements exposed extreme temperature and elements, that have not been exposed to this temperature . Individual processes are supported by the photographs.
