Tunneling effects between microcrystals in manganites
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá meraním odporu manganátov v závislosti na teplote. Sú v nej osvetlené tunelové javy medzi kryštalickými zrnami, ako aj prechod kov izolátor, a s ním súvisiaca kolosálna magnetorezistencia v týchto látkach.
Abstract:
This work deals with the measurements of the manganites resistence with a relation to temeperature. I try to explain the tunnelling effects between the microcrystals, the transition metal insulator and related colossal magnetoresistence in these materials.
