Abstract:
Tématem této práce je koncepce Age managementu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současné povědomí o age managementu u běžné populace, zjistit do jaké míry tito lidé podléhají negativním předsudkům a stereotypům vůči starším osobám, jak se mění pracovní schopnost u lidí starších 50 let a na základě toho pak navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení.
