Abstract:

Hlavním cílem celé práce je shrnutí účetních a daňových povinností spojených s osobním automobilem. Jednotlivý popis situací, se kterými obchodní korporace přichází do kontaktu. Praktická část práce zhodnocuje a analyzuje, zda analyzovaná korporace v praxi dodržuje veškeré zákonné předpisy a nařízení, jestli se řídí daňovými zákony a využívá i možná daňová zvýhodnění a neopomíjí účetní povinnosti, které jsou ji zákony dány. Současně práce obsahuje závěrečné shrnutí s prezentací možných návrhů změn.

Abstract:

This work aims to summarize the accounting and tax obligations associated with the car. An individual description of the situations that the business corporation comes in contact with. The practical part of the work evaluates and analyzes whether the analyzed corporation in practice complies with all legal regulations, whether it follows tax laws and uses possible tax benefits, and does not neglect the accounting obligations that are given by law. At the same time, the work contains a final summary with a presentation of possible proposed changes.
