Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nutričního stavu populace a jeho ovlivňování. Zabývá se významem a úlohou výživy v organismu, základními složkami výživy a jejich vlivem na lidský organismus, uvádí poruchy výživového stavu a nutriční prevenci některých civilizačních chorob. This diploma thesis focuses on problems of nutritional condition of the population and describes ways how to deal with them. It investigates importance and purpose of organism nourishment, basic kinds of nourishment and their influence on human organism.
