Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat užívání doplňků stravy ve vrcholovém fotbalu. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako fotbal, fyziologie fotbalu, doplňky stravy a jejich formy. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením sestaveného dotazníku, který byl vyplněn čtyřmi prvoligovými týmy – FC Slovácko, FC Baník Ostrava, FC Viktoria Plzeň a FC Zbrojovka Brno. The aim of this work is to analyze the use of nutritional supplements in the professional football.
