Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelské standardy a všeobecné sestry. Je rozdělena na dvě části, praktickou a teoretickou. V jednotlivých kapitolách teoretické části je popsána koncepce ošetřovatelství, kvalita ošetřovatelské péče a vše kolem ní, dále samotné standardy, audit a akreditace, které se standardy úzce souvisí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the nursing standards and general nurses. It is divided into two parts; theoretical one and practical one. In the particular chapters of the theoretical part are described the concepts of nursing, quality of nursing care and everything around it, as well as the standards themselves, audit and accreditation, which are closely related to the standards.
