Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá odměňováním zaměstnanců, přičemž se zaměřuje na daňové, účetní a motivační prvky zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V práci jsou nejdříve uvedeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů, na které dále navazuje rozbor aktuální právní úpravy. Abstract:
The theme of the thesis is employee renumeration, while the main focus is on tax, accounting and motivational aspects of employee benefits. The beginning of the thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge from the employee benefits area and is followed by summary of current law.
