Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem distribuce olova v ledvinách myší inhalujících nanočástice oxidu a sulfidu olovnatého po dobu 14 dní, 6 týdnů a 11 týdnů s využitím laserové ablace ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmatu. Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with lead distribution in kidneys of mice inhaling nanoparticles of lead oxide and lead sulfoxide for 14 days, 6 weeks and 11 weeks using the laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
