Partial analysis of Human Resources Management Systems in the Wallachian Open Air Museum

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce budou vybrané části řízení lidských zdrojů ve Valašském muzeu v přírodě. Cílem práce bude zmapovat současný stav personálního systému, především hodnocení, motivaci a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, dále pak kulturu organizace, vztahy a interní komunikaci a na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout možná zlepšení, eventuálně upozornit na neefektivní prvky personálního řízení. Práce nebude zahrnovat „administrativní“ oblast řízení lidských zdrojů, jako jsou personální administrativa, vyhledávání a výběr zaměstnanců nebo systém jejich odměňování. Práce se bude zabývat personálním managementem s přihlédnutím na management v neziskovém sektoru. Součástí práce bude také zhodnocení názorů a spokojenosti zaměstnanců na základě rozhovorů s jednotlivými členy managementu a pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is selected parts of human resources management in the Wallachian open-air museum. The goal of this thesis is to survey the current state of the human resources department, more precisely, their motivation and education. The thesis will also discuss the culture of the organization, relations, and internal communication. Based on those findings I will propose possible improvements or call attention to the ineffective elements in personnel management. This work will not include the administrative area of the human resources management, such as personnel administration, the search and selection of employees, or the system of assessing their qualities. This thesis will focus on personnel management and also management in the non-profit sector. A concluding summary of the employees' opinions and levels of satisfaction will also be included, all based on interviews with members of the management and on a questionnaire they took.
