The Proposal for Improvement of the Organization of Production Process in a Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výrobní proces a na možnosti jeho organizačního zlepšení ve firmě Svět oken s.r.o. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje výrobní systém, výrobní faktory a výrobní proces. Dále obsahuje popis jednotlivých výrobních etap. Konec teoretické části je věnován cílům práce a metodám zpracování. Praktická část bakalářské práce nejprve představuje firmu Svět oken s.r.o., poté pomocí metod zpracování analyzuje výrobní proces na vybrané výrobní lince. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je návrh na zlepšení organizace výrobního procesu na analyzované výrobní lince a jeho vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the production process and possible ways for its organization improvement in the company named Svět oken s.r.o. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical description of a production system, production process and production factors. Moreover, this part describes particular production stages. The main aims and methods are mentioned at the end of this theoretical part. The second part of the thesis is practical and introduces the readers to Svět oken s.r.o. and analyses the particular production process of selected production line. The main outcome of the thesis is the proposal for improvement of the organization of production process with regard to the particular production line.
