Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovních podmínek a otázkami s tímto institutem souvisejícími. První část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pracovních podmínek, tak jak jsou upraveny v právním řádu České republiky, v právu Evropské unie a v právu mezinárodním.
