Abstract:

Aktivita a druhová diverzita společenstev netopýrů v lesních biotopech: vliv fragmentace lesních porostů. Ke zjištění letové aktivity a druhové diverzity společenstva netopýrů byl použit bat-detektoring, metoda bodová a metoda liniového transektu. Cílem studie bylo zjistit rozdíly ve využívání lesních fragmentů tří velikostních kategorií: malé (0-100 ha), střední (100-1000 ha) a velké (>1000 ha), v zemědělské krajině jižní Moravy a stanovit dopad fragmentace lesních porostů na netopýry. Dále byl zjišťován vliv vzdálenosti k nejbližšímu vodnímu biotopu a lidskému sídlu. Letová aktivita společenstva netopýrů negativně korelovala pouze se vzdáleností k vodnímu tělesu, ale ne již s plochou fragmentu či vzdáleností k lidskému sídlu. Ve studované fragmentované krajině bylo detekováno 15 druhů. Nejhojnějšími druhy byly Pipistrellus pipistrellus (6 min +/hod), Myotis myotis (5,3 min +/hod) a Myotis mystacinus/brandtii (4,9 min +/hod). Nejvzácnější byly druhy Pipistrellus nathusii a Hypsugo savii, který byl detekován pouze na lokalitě u Žebětína (1 min +). Počet druhů pozitivně koreloval s plochou lesa a jediným druhem, který byl ovlivněn velikostní kategorií fragmentu byl Pipistrellus pygmaeus (negativní korelace). Žádný druh nebyl ovlivněn vzdáleností k nejbližšímu vodnímu biotopu, či lidskému sídlu.

Abstract:

Activity and species diversity of bat communities in forest habitats: impact of forest fragmentation. To analyse the flying activity and species diversity of bat communities, point counting and line-transect method of bat-detectoring were used. The aim of the study was to assess the differences in utilization of forest fragments of three size categories: small (0-100 ha), medium (100-1000 ha) and large (>1000 ha) by bats, and to determine the impact of forest fragmentation on bats, in the S-Moravian agricultural lanscape. The impact of the distance from the nearest water habitat and human settlement was assessed as well. Flying activity of the whole bat assamblage negatively correlated only with the distance to a water body and no correlation with the area of the forest fragment and with the distance to a human settlement was revealed. In the fragmented landscape studied, 15 bat species were detected. The most abundat was Pipistrellus pipistrellus with 6 bat positive minutes per hour (6 min+/h), Myotis myotis (5.3 min+/h) and Myotis mystacinus/brandtii (4.9 min+/h). The rarest species were Pipistrellus nathusii and Hypsugo savii, the latter was detected only near Žebětín (1 min+/h).The number of species was positively correlated with the area of the forest. In Pipistrellus pygmaeus, negative correlation was found with the size categories of forest fragments, no such correlation was revealed in other species. No correlation of any species activity was revealed with the distance to nearest water habitat or human settlement.
