Diplomová práca sa zaoberá podnikateľským plánovaním a metodikou tvorby podnikateľského plánu v malých a stredne veľkých firmách. Na príklade vybranej firmy analyzuje a navrhuje postupy na zlepšenie úrovne podnikateľského a finančného plánu.
