Cílem bakalářské práce "Princip formální publicity při vedení katastru nemovitostí" je shrnutí současné aktuální právní úpravy této problematiky s praktickou aplikací při vedení katastru nemovitostí. The intent of the Bachelor thesis “The principle of formal publicity in the Land Register” is the summary of present legal regulations of this issue with practical application in the Land Register.
