Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právněhistorický vývoj portugalského Nového státu (Estado Novo). Pomocí metody deskripce a analýzy jsou představeny jeho kořeny, ideologické principy, instituce a zejména právní rámec. Pozornost je věnována i osobě Antónia de Oliveiry Salazara, atypického diktátora, bez kterého by Nový stát nevznikl, a po jehož smrti se také režim brzy zhroutil.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the legal-historical development of the Portuguese New State (Estado Novo). Using the method of description and analysis, its roots, ideological principles, institutions, and especially the legal framework are presented.
