Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje provedení interního procesního auditu na základě opakujících se reklamací zákazníka. Cílem bylo odhalit příčinu těchto reklamací a zamezit jejich opakování za pomoci odpovídajících nápravných opatření.
Abstract:
This Bachelor work describing executive of internal process audit based on repetitive customer claims. Main goal was detect reason of this claims and stop their causes uses relevant action plan.
