Process analysis of energy company
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes business process management, BPMN 2.0 notation with process modeling tools and quality management models CMMI-SVC v1.3, ISO 9001 a ISO/IEC 15504. The practical part is focused on process analysis of energy company coupled with process diagrams in BPMN 2.0 language, achievement of ISO 9001 requirements and provides solutions to optimisation for the future.

Táto diplomová práca popisuje problematiku procesného riadenia, notáciu BPMN 2.0, nástroje využívané k modelovaniu procesov a modely riadenia kvality CMMI-SVC v1.3, ISO 9001 a ISO/IEC 15504. V praktickej časti je vykonaná procesná analýza energetickej spoločnosti, ktorá je doplnená modelmi najdôležitejších procesov v BPMN 2.0.
