The therapeutic and rehabilitative schedule and procedure of rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis)
Abstract:
Tématem práce jsou revmatická onemocnění. Zaměřuji se na revmatoidní artritidu a morbus Bechtěrev (ankylozující spondylitida). V teoretické části popisuji obě choroby a postup při jejich rehabilitaci. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiku pacientky s diagnózou revmatoidní artritidy. Důraz zde kladu na návrh a realizaci krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu.
Abstract:
The present thesis deals with rheumatic diseases. The focus is on rheumatoid arthritis and Morbus Bechterew (ankylosing spondylitis). In the theoretical part, both diseases and their rehabilitation procedure are described. The casuistry of a patient diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis is given in the practical part.
