Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou perinatální ztráty, s cílem prozkoumat osobní zkušenosti žen, které si prošly touto bolestivou životní situací. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. V rámci teoretického rámce jsou zkoumány, rozebírány a vysvětleny klíčové koncepty související s tématem. To zahrnuje pět specifických oblastí: definice a vysvětlení základních termínů, rozebrání prenatální diagnostiky, intrauterinní smrt plodu, porodu mrtvého plodu a truchlení. Pro podložení této části byla použita široká škála odborné literatury a studií. Praktická část, která přímo vychází z předešlého teoretického základu, je zaměřena na realizaci a analýzu kvalitativního výzkumu. V rámci tohoto výzkumu byly jako účastnice zvoleny dvě ženy, které zažily perinatální ztrátu ve třetím trimestru těhotenství. Praktická část se soustředí na popis a analýzu jejich zkušeností, a to s cílem nabídnout hlubší porozumění a empatii vůči téma-tu, které je často tabuizováno nebo opomíjeno.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of perinatal loss, aiming to explore the personal experiences of women who have gone through this painful life event. The work is divided into two main sections - theoretical and practical. Within the theoretical framework, key concepts related to the topic are examined, dissected, and explained. This includes five specific areas: definitions and explanations of basic terms, the dissection of prenatal dia-gnostics, intrauterine fetal death, the birth of a stillborn, and grief. A wide range of scho-larly literature and studies have been utilized to substantiate this part. The practical secti-on, which directly stems from the previous theoretical foundation, focuses on the imple-mentation and analysis of qualitative research. Within this research, two women who ex-perienced perinatal loss in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected as participants. The practical part concentrates on describing and analyzing their experiences, with the goal of offering a deeper understanding and empathy towards a subject that is often ta-booed or overlooked.
