Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání dospělých, konkrétně jejich motivaci k formálnímu vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast andragogiky, specifikace a význam vzdělávání dospělých a také identifikování motivátorů a bariér ke studiu. Bachelor thesis focusing on adult education, which have motivation for formal education. The theoretical part focuses on the area of andragogy, specifications and importance of adult education and identifying motivators and barriers to study.
