Předmětem diplomové práce „Zadluženost ÚSC“ je analýza zadluženosti krajských měst ČR kromě Prahy. První část se zabývá právní úpravou oblasti regulace zadlužení, vývojem zadluženosti obcí a konstrukcí ukazatelů, dle kterých lze zadluženost obcí hodnotit. The goal of thesis „The Indebtedness of Territorial Self-governing Units“ is the analysis of county towns in Czech Republic (except Prague) indebtedness.
