Cílem mé bakalářské práce je komparace zdanění příjmů nadací v ČR a v Polsku a zjištění, kde je vyšší daňové zatížení. Úvodní část práce se zabývá hlavními odlišnostmi nadací v ČR a v Polsku, plynoucími z českého zákona o nadacích a nadačních fondech a polského zákona o nadacích. The main goal of this thesis is to compare the taxation of income of foundations in the Czech Republic and in Poland and to find out, where the tax is higher.
