Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením SPF a UVA-PF kosmetických přípravků metodou in vitro před a po umělé UV expozici, u vybraných sunscreenu byla hodnocena také jejich voděodolnost. Literární rešerše popisuje problematiku účinků UV radiace na kůži a charakterizuje UV filtry používané v současnosti včetně metod stanovení SPF. Abstract:
This thesis is about determination of SPF and UVA-PF in cosmetic products by in vitro method before and after an exposure of an artificial UV. There were also assessed water resistance features in some of the selected sunscreens.
