Nursing procedure bladder catheterization at women - theory and practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský postup katetrizace močového měchýře u žen a je porovnávána teorie s provedením v praxi. Teoretická část se věnuje obecné fyziologii a patofyziologii močového měchýře ženy a vývodných cest močových, dále se zabývá správným postupem katetrizace, kompetencemi a znalostmi sestry. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský postup u katetrizace močového měchýře u ženy v praxi. Pro výzkumné šetření byla zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření, toto šetření proběhlo na odděleních Nemocnice Kutná Hora Oblastní nemocnice Kolín a.s., nemocnice Středočeského kraje. Bylo vytištěno 50 dotazníků, které jsem rozdala na tři standardní lůžková oddělení, která se v již zmíněné nemocnici nachází LDN, chirurgie a interní oddělení. Po uplynulém čase, kdy byly dotazníky sesbírány, byly následně sčítány a vyhodnocovány, zároveň pro lepší přehled byly vyslédky graficky znázorněny. Na závěr bakalářské práce se nachází kapitola Doporučení pro praxi, kde jsou uvedené změny, které by v budoucnu mohly posloužit i dalším nelékařským zdravotníkům.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on nursing process of urethral catheterization in woman and the theory is compared to the implementation. The theoretical part deals with general physiology and pathophysiology of woman urethra and efferent urinary tracts, next it deals with the right way of catheterisation, competencies and knowledge of a nurse. The practical part is focused on nursing process of urethral catheterization in woman implemented on the ground. For investigation we chose the method of observation. The observation took place at wards of Nemocnice Kutná Hora Oblastní nemocnice Kolín a.s., nemocnice Středočeského kraje. 50 questionnaires were pressed and then I handed them around to the patients hospitalized in the hospital mentioned above. Particularly, I focused on the following wards - the surgical ward, the terminal ward and the medical ward. Later, the questionnaires were collected, summarized and evaluated. Moreover, for a better outline the information was re-sorted to the graphs. At the end of this bachelor thesis there is a section ´Recommendation for further practice´ containing the list of changes that may be usefull for other non-medical (možná lepší paramedical) staff in the future.
