Anotace:

Diploma thesis focuses on development of comprehensive business plan for HorMan Company, which field of business is the factory automation, control, and robotics. All development stages from small to medium sized company are considered. In particular the author develops business strategy of focused differentiation, marketing and sales plans, operations-production plan and objectify them in form of pro-forma financial statements over the period of six years.
