Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vytvoření postupu pro zvýšení inovačního potenciálu školy na základě získaných informací z výzkumných metod. Hlavním úkolem speciální školy Ibsenky stanoveným státem je výuka žáků se zdravotním postižením. Výsledky z analýz slouží jako podklad pro vytvoření projektového návrhu k modernizaci vzdělávání v organizaci.

The work is aimed at creating a procedure for increasing the innovation potential of the school on the basis of the information obtained from the research methods. The main task of the Ibsen special school established by the state is teaching the students with disabilities.
