Criminalistic versions and their use in criminal investigations

Abstract:

Hlavním předmětem, kterým se tato bakalářská práce zabývá, je problematika kriminalistických verzí, které jakožto součást kriminalistické vědy, patří do skupiny kriminalisticko-taktických metod, a které jsou využívány při vyšetřování trestných činů. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo interpretovat základní charakteristiky těchto kriminalistických verzí, hlavně co se týče jejich druhů, tvorby, specifik a využití v policejní praxi. Praktická část této práce je z velké části věnována případovým studiím, jejich vyhodnocení a porovnání, a také výzkumné metodě rozhovoru, která má přiblížit reálné využití kriminalistických verzí v policejní praxi.

Abstract:

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the issue of criminological versions, which, as part of criminological science, belong to the group of criminological-tactical methods, and which are used in the investigation of criminal offenses. The main goal of this work was to interpret the basic characteristics of these criminal versions, especially in terms of their types, creation, specifics and use in police practice. The practical part of this work is largely devoted to case studies, their evaluation and comparison, as well as the research method of the interview, which is to approach the real use of criminal versions in police practice.
