Myasthenia gravis je autoimunitní neurologické onemocnění postihující přenos vzruchu na nervosvalové ploténce. Obsahem této práce je stručný souhrn informací o tomto onemocnění a o možnostech léčebné rehabilitace. V první části práce je shrnuta vlastní problematika myasthenia gravis. Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune neurological disease affecting neuromuscular junction. This thesis consists of brief information about the disease and possible usage of a medical rehabilitation. The first part of the thesis summarizes basic information about myasthenia gravis. Specifically epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis and a pharmacological treatment.
