Rehabilitation after stabilization of fusion in morbus Bechterev

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis léčebné rehabilitace Bechtěrevovy choroby u pacienta po stabilizační fúzi. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky z funkční anatomie, fyziologie, biomechaniky a kineziologie páteře, etiologie a průběh Bechtěrevovy choroby, její stadia dle pokročilosti, celkové příznaky a projevy onemocnění. Terapie je zaměřena na spondylochirurgické řešení a způsob provedení stabilizační fúze. V praktické části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s využitím metod léčebné rehabilitace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the description of the medical rehabilitation of spondylitis ankylosans at a patient after the stabilising fusion. In the theoretical part there are delineated findings from functional anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, spine kinesiology, etiology and the course of spondylitis ankylosans, its phases by stages of its development and general symptoms of this disease. Therapy is focused on spondylosurgical solution and on the method of implementation the stabilising fusion. The practical part describes the case study of the patient who was treated by using methods of curative rehabilitation.
