Manažerské styly řízení jsou tématem velmi důležitým a svým způsobem nadčasovým a týkají se prakticky každého podniku. Tato práce shrnuje styly řízení, popisuje osobu manažera včetně definice tohoto povolání, vlastností manažera jako lídra a analyzuje možnosti pro rozvoj a současné trendy v týmech či rozvoj manažerských pozic pro ženy.
