Security education in society on the example of the First Republic fortifications

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace bezpečnosti ve školách i mimo ni, s použitým příkladem objektů prvorepublikového opevnění. Mapuje výuku bezpečnosti v minulých letech až po současné zapojení ve výukových materiálech škol. V praktické části je analyzováno zapojení bezpečnosti a objekty opevnění ve školách. Následně je provedeno porovnání spokojenosti veřejností s muzei opevnění. V diplomové práci je vyhodnocena anketa s provozovateli muzeí, zaměřená na činnost spojenou s jejich provozem. Na základě vyhodnocení praktického zapojení bezpečnosti a opevnění na školách, byl v závěru práce navržen možný způsob, jak tato témata více začlenit do vnímání žáků. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat současné zapojení bezpečnosti a opevnění do výuky a do jaké míry se na edukaci podílejí provozovatelé prvorepublikových muzeí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of safety education in schools and beyond, using the example of First Republic fortification objects. It maps the teaching of safety in the past years to the current involvement in the teaching materials of schools. The practical part analyses the involvement of safety and fortification objects in schools. A comparison of public satisfaction with fortification museums is then made. A survey with museum operators is evaluated in the thesis, focusing on the activities related to the museums. Based on the evaluation of the practical involvement of security and fortification in schools, the thesis concludes by suggesting possible ways to make these topics more integrated into the perception of students. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the current involvement of security and fortification in education and to what extent the operators of First Republic museums are involved in education.
