Nursing process in care of the Patient with acute bronchopneumonia for artificial lung ventilation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta s akutní bronchopneumonii na umělé plicní ventilaci. Bakalářská práce je dále rozdělená na dvě základní části, na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřená v úvodu na krátký anatomická popis dýchacích cest, dále na onemocnění dýchacích cest rozdělených na nádorová a zánětlivá onemocnění. Dále jsou zde popsány příznaky bronchopneumonie, rizikové faktory vzniku, komplikace, diagnostika, léčba a ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s akutní bronchopneumonii. Druhá velká kapitola teoretické částí práce se zabývá umělou plicní ventilaci, jejím dělením, komplikacemi vzniklými v důsledků ventilace a péče o pacienta na umělé plicní ventilaci ve třech fázích ventilace. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta s akutní bronchopneumonii na umělé plicní ventilaci hospitalizovaného na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení. Popisuje se zde charakteristika vybraného pacienta a jeho průběh onemocnění. Anamnéza pacienta je rozdělené do domén na jejichž základě jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA International taxonomie II. U každé ze stanovené diagnózy jsou stanovené také cíle, intervence, realizace a hodnocení péče. Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako vzorový ošetřovatelský proces u pacientů se stejnou diagnózou na umělé plicní ventilaci, nebo jako materiál pro získání bližších informaci pacientům a veřejností o tomto onemocnění.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the nursing process in the care of a patient with acute bronchopneumonia on artificial lung ventilation. The bachelor thesis is further divided into two basic parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the introduction of a short anatomical description of the airways, as well as on the diseases of the airways divided into tumor and inflammatory diseases. As next there are described symptoms of bronchopneumonia, risk factors of origin, complications, diagnostics, treatment and nursing care of a patient with acute bronchopneumonia. The second large chapter of the theoretical part deals with artificial lung ventilation, how the topic is divided, complications arising as a result of ventilation and caring of patient on artificial lung ventilation in three stages of ventilation. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the nursing process in the care of a patient with acute bronchopneumonia on artificial lung ventilation hospitalized in the anesthesiology and resuscitation department. It describes the characteristics of the selected patient and progression of the disease. The patient's history is divided into domains based on which the nursing diagnoses according to NANDA International Taxonomy II are determined. The objectives, interventions, implementation and evaluation of care are also set for each diagnosis. This work could serve as a model nursing process for patients with the same diagnosis of artificial lung ventilation, or as a material for getting more information to patients and the public about this disease.
