Online retrieval services of selected libraries in the Moravian-Slesian Region oriented to health area
Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce je charakteristika a základní analýza tématiky rešeršních služeb, a to z pohledu jejich poptávky. Práce se orientuje nejen na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s touto informační službou, ale také na knihovny Moravskoslezského kraje, které zpracovávají rešerše se zdravotní tématikou. Kvalitativní výzkum představuje řízený strukturovaný rozhovor s rešeršními pracovníky knihoven.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to characterize and analyze the topic of retrieval services in terms of their demand. The thesis focuses not only on the definition of terms related to this information service, but also on libraries in the Moravian-Silesian Region, which process medical retrieval services. Qualitative research is a structured interview with retrieval workers in libraries.
