Integration of Japanese migrants into a westen society based on an example of the Czech republic

Abstract:

tématem této bakalářské práce je integrace Japonců do západní společnosti. Cílem je postihnout aspekty Japonské společnosti, včetně sociální struktury, kulturních a sociálních specifik a současných trendů probíhajících v této společnosti, týkajících se mj. postavení žen a mladé generace. která souvisí s předpoklady integrace této společnosti. zjištěné aspekty pak porovnat s názory české populace na integraci cizinců do ČR a zhodnotit, pokud a v které rovině se Japonci mohou integrovat.

Abstract:

This paper refers about Integration of japanese to the Western societies, in example of Czech republic. The aim is to sum up, if the Japanese are capable to integrate to different society. the work holds forth the structure of Japanese society, contemporary phenomens and aspects, concentrated on contemporary society, women and young people. Unother part of paper analyses contamporary situation in Czech republic from prespective of integration.the third part assesses, what are the important priorities of Japanese and Czech in process of integration and how they rates arrivals of foreigners into their societies.
