Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom platobnej a obchodnej bilancie ako aj ďalších makroekonomických ukazovateľov s dôrazom na problematiku štátneho a verejného dlhu. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá vysvetlením a definovaním základných pojmov. V nej predkladáme teoretické východiska hospodárskej politiky a obchodnej a platobnej bilancie.
