Competence of teachers in pre-primary education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kompetence učitelů v preprimárním vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zabývá učitelem, charakteristikou učitelské profese a povinností s ní spojené. Popisuje kompetence učitelek mateřských škol, které by učitel měl plně ovládat pro dosažení všech cílů preprimárního vzdělávání. Teoretická část se také zabývá projektem a projektováním. Dále nabízí možnosti studia a dalšího vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol.Výzkumné šetření probíhalo v mateřských školách na území jihomoravského kraje, kde odhaluje rozvoj kompetencí učitelek mateřských škol, schopnost vytvářet a používat projekt a projektování. A zájem učitelů o další vzdělávání.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the competence of teachers in pre-primary education. The theoretical part deals with the teacher, characteristics of the teaching profession and responsibilities associated with it. There is described the skills kindergarteners that teacher should be fully controlled to achieve all the objectives of pre-primary education. The theoretical part also deals with project and projection. It also offers opportunities for further study and training of the kindergarteners. Research investigation took place in the kindergartens in the South Moravian region where discovers the development of skills kindergarteners, the ability to create and use project and projection. Interest of the teachers in further training.
