Obecní policie, její struktura a postavení strážníků

Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se zabývá komunální policií (Městskou policií, Obecní policií), její historií od roku 1529 do roku 1945 a jejím obnovením po roce 1989. Z větší části se věnuje současné práci obecních policií, včetně aktuálních dat z roku 2013. Popisuje kompetence strážníků, jejich spolupráci s ostatními složkami a orgány. Na příkladu Městské policie Brno je popsána možná organizační struktura.
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the municipal police (city police, metropolitan police), its history in between 1529 and 1945 and its renewal after 1989. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to the current tasks of the municipal police, including the latest data from 2013.
