Legal capacity in the life of the citizen
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá svéprávností v životě občana. Popisuje první zmínky o svéprávnosti od římského práva až po současnou právní úpravu v České republice. Dále popisuje soudní proces o svéprávnosti a opatrovnictví člověka až po následnou kontrolu opatrovnictví po skončeném řízení. Seznamuje s rozsahem omezení svéprávnosti a druhy opatrovnictví.
Abstract:
This thesis describes a legal capacity of a citizen´s life. It describes the first mention of legal capacity in Roman law to current law of the Czech Republic. Moreover, it is focused on a lawsuit of the legal capacity and tutelage, such as following inspection of tutelage after finishing proceedings. It points at the scope of legal capacity restrictions and introduces the types of tutelage.
