Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Organizační struktury nadnárodních společností“ je analýza organizační struktury společnosti PwC. Práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část podrobněji seznámí čtenáře s problematikou organizování, organizačních struktur a nadnárodních společností. Praktická část je zaměřena na síť PwC a její organizaci.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis “Organizational structure of multinational companies” is the analysis of organizational structure of PwC. The thesis is divided into two major parts. The theoretical part familiarizes the reader with issue of organization, organizational structures and multinational companies while the practical part is focused on PwC network and its organization.
