Pregnancy changes and their experience of a woman

Abstract:

Anotace: V bakalářské práci se zabývám četností, výskytem a mírou prožívání změn v těhotenství u žen, které jsou buď těhotné, nebo do šesti neděl po porodu. Práci rozděluji na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretickou část zaměřuji na jednotlivé změny v těhotenství, popisuji, ve kterém období těhotenství tyto změny nastanou, a vysvětluji je z hlediska fyziologického. Stručně popisuji možnosti prevence, dále doporučuji, jak se mohou těhotné ženy s těmito změnami co nejlépe vyrovnat. V empirické části realizuji průzkum dané problematiky, a to pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je zjistit, které těhotenské změny se u žen nejčastěji vyskytují, v jaké míře a jak je ženy prožívají. Dále zjišťuji rozdíly v míře výskytu a také v intenzitě prožívání těchto změn u prvorodiček a vícerodiček. Zjišťuji, do jaké míry a z jakých zdrojů byly dotazované ženy informovány o změnách v těhotenství. Navrhuji, jakým způsobem ženy informovat o změnách v těhotenství v běžné praxi.

Abstract:

Annotation: This thesis deals with standard of experiencing and frequency of pregnancy changes of primigravidas and multigravidas. The work is divided into two parts ? theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is going to focus on the individual pregnancy changes, describe in which period of pragnancy will these changes arrive and explain them from physiological point of view. It is going to briefly describe possibilities of prevention, then suggest the best way of dealing with these changes for pregnant women. I am going to execute examination of the given issue in the empirical part by means of questionary inquiring. The aim of the work is to discover what pregnancy changes occur to women most often and what is their extent and their experiencing by women. Next I am going to find out differences in rate of occurence of theese changes and also differences in intensity of experiencing the changes by primigravidas and multigravidas. I am going to discover how deeply and from what sources were the women informed about pregnancy changes. I am going to suggest how to inform women about changes in pregnancy in common practices.
