Diplomová práce rozebírá otevřená data v oblasti veřejné správy jako celku a způsob, jakým jsou řešena na úrovni krajské a obecní. Obecná část vysvětluje souvislosti týkající se otevřených dat, jejich nároky, původ i přístup České republiky v tomto ohledu.
