Natural conditions and flora of protected areas near Želetice

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou přírodní poměry a květena na dvou maloplošných zvláště chráněných území v okolí obce Želetice – NPP Na Adamcích a PP Sovince (Jihomoravský kraj, okres Hodonín). NPP Na Adamcích se nachází na jihozápadním okraji obce Želetice u Kyjova a její rozloha činí 15,1 ha. Druhou oblastí je PP Sovince o rozloze 1,7 ha rozkládající se jižně od Želetic. Oblasti jsou charakteristické společenstvy úzkolistých a širokolistých suchých trávníků. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická a věnuje se charakteristice topografických, geologických, geomorfologických, pedologických, klimatických, hydrologických a biogeografických přírodních poměrů zkoumaných oblastí. Charakteristika vychází z rešerše odborné literatury a dostupných map. Praktická část shrnuje výsledky terénního výzkumu, který probíhal od března do srpna roku 2023. Během výzkumu byly pořizovány fotografie vybraných druhů cévnatých rostlin a na základě nalezených taxonů byl sestaven seznam, který byl následně porovnán s dostupnou literaturou. Pro PP Sovince byly navrženy tři koncepty nové aktualizované informační tabule. Z těchto konceptů byl vybrán jeden, který bude vyroben a poté umístěn na toto území.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the natural conditions and flora in two small protected areas in the vicinity of Želetice – NPP Na Adamcích and PP Sovince (South Moravian Region, Hodonín district). NPP Na Adamcích is located on the southwestern outskirts of the village Želetice u Kyjova and its area is 15.1 ha. The second area is PP Sovince with an area of 1.7 ha located south of Želetice. The area is characterised by communities of narrow-leaved and broad-leaved dry grasslands. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the characterisation of topographic, geological, geomorphological, pedological, climatic, hydrological and biogeographical natural conditions of the studied areas. The characterisation is based on a literature search and available maps. The practical part summarizes the results of the field research, which was conducted from March to August 2023. During the research, photographs of selected vascular plant species were taken and a list was compiled based on the taxa found, which was subsequently compared with the available literature. Three concepts for a new updated information board have been proposed for Sovince PP. From these concepts, one was selected to be produced and then placed in the area.
