V predkladanej dizertačnej práci sumarizujem výsledky systematického štúdia štruktúrnej dynamiky a molekulových interakcií rRNA molekúl (napr.: RNA Kink turn motívy, GTPase associated center rRNA a Helix 44 z 16S rRNA), za použitia širokej palety metód Molekulovej Dynamiky (MD). In presented PhD thesis I have carried out a wide range of investigations of structural dynamics and molecular interactions of rRNA molecules (e.g. RNA Kink turn motifs, GTPase associated center rRNA, Helix 44 from 16S rRNA), using a variety of Molecular Dynamics (MD) methods.
